Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form set out in section 05, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop, but you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling that goes beyond this.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under § 312g(2) BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts. In the DangerousStreet store this concerns, in particular:

• goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised, for example made-to-order pieces and items produced to a custom size, print or finish you request; and
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery, for example certain hygiene-sensitive items once their seal has been broken.

Where an exception applies, this will be made clear to you before you place your order. All other goods remain fully covered by the right of withdrawal described above.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete and return this form, but you are not required to do so.

Our return process

Starting a return

To start a return, email us at support@dsneun.de and quote your order number. We will reply with return instructions, including the return address and any reference you should include with your parcel.

Condition we expect

Please return items unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging where possible. This keeps the return in saleable condition and protects you from any deduction for diminished value, as explained in section 03.

Processing

Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and process your refund without undue delay. See section 08 for the refund timeline and method.

Damaged or defective items

This section is separate from the right of withdrawal. If an item is faulty, damaged or otherwise not as described, your statutory warranty rights under §§ 434 ff. BGB apply, in addition to and independently of the 14-day withdrawal right.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within a reasonable time at support@dsneun.de with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Under the statutory warranty you are entitled, in the first instance, to repair or replacement of the item. Where that is not possible, fails or is unreasonable, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to a refund. For goods that are genuinely defective, damaged on arrival or supplied in error, we cover the cost of returning them.

Refund timeline and method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method you used for the order. We process refunds without undue delay and normally within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, or of receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Once we have issued a refund, your bank or payment provider may take a few additional business days to show the amount in your account. That processing time is outside our control.

Exchanges

We do not always operate direct exchanges, and stock for a specific size or colour cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped. The reliable route, for example if you need a different size, is to return your original item for a refund under the process above and place a new order for the item you want. This makes sure you secure the replacement before it sells out, and your refund is handled separately.

Return shipping costs

Where you return goods under the right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of standard return shipping, as set out in section 03.

Where goods are defective, damaged on arrival or supplied in error, DangerousStreet bears the cost of returning them. In those cases, contact us first at support@dsneun.de so we can arrange or reimburse the return.
